Refunds & Returns

Here at Joymere our customers are important to us and we want everyone to be happy with their purchases. Our refund and return policy applies to all purchases made online at www.joymere.com. 

It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered.

We will approve returns or refunds only if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty. However, we understand that it may be difficult to know your size in advance when buying shoes, so we offer the option to change your size once (as a return, not a refund) when you buy shoes. In such a case, please contact us immediately within 3 business days of receiving the item. Prior to returning any product, please contact us on joymere(at)optimalfactor.com and we will guide you through our simple return or refund process. Please do not make returns without a return authorization from us. 

We can only authorize refunds on items of unworn or unused products if the product is damaged or faulty (except shoes). Only returns in their original packaging are accepted. We will process this type of refund as soon as we receive the product. 

Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with our online e-commerce platform and organized shipping that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
