Where do you ship to?

We are currently shipping only to the United States. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time for the purchased items typically varies between 1 to 5 weeks. Many of our products are custom-made-to-order and therefore delivery time can take up to 5 weeks. You can find more information on delivery times on product pages. 

Is it safe to shop on joymere.com?

Yes! Our website is built by using Shopify’s platform, which is a widely used platform and they have excellent safety procedures. The payments are handled by well-known payment providers (credit card companies and PayPal).

What if I want to return an item?

Our products are usually customized and therefore all products can be returned only when they are damaged in transit or are faulty. If you have simply changed your mind, unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. For shoes it may be difficult to know your size in advance, so we offer possibility to change your size once (return and change, not refund).

Prior to returning the item, please contact us first and we will guide you through our simple returns process.

How can I get in touch if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any problems with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. 

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

Because we are drop shipping, the customers may receive the order in more than one parcel and on different days. However, we only use a few selected suppliers and always aim to minimize the number of parcels.
